Ingredients:
5.3 oz of bacon
1 tablespoon oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 large tomatoes, without the skin and seed
3 cups of beans, cooked, without the juice (Pink, Light Red Kidney or the
likes)
2 cups white rice, cooked
1 cup Cream Cheese, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Fry the bacon and add the oil, onions, garlic and tomatoes, sauté. Add
rice and beans and mix well. Cover to heat well.
Add the cheese, cilantro
and taste, adding salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6.
