Torta de Banana
Ingredients:
10 tbsp. flower
10 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
3 bananas
2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 pinch cinnamon
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the flower, sugar and baking powder. Spread half of the
mixture in a pie pan. Slice the bananas in lengthwise strips
approximately 1/8 inch thick. Lay most of the banana
strips on top of the mixture (save some to put on top of the pie for
decoration) and cover with the rest of the mixture. Whisk the eggs with
the milk; add a pinch of cinnamon and carefully pour on top of the pie.
Arrange some strips of banana on top. Bake in a oven preheated to 375F for
approximately 40 minutes.
